Apply sublingually, or add to your food and drinks; You can even add it directly to your skin for topical effects. Tolerance increases over time, increase dosage as needed. When ingested or early, allow 40+ minutes for onset before increasing the dosage. Recommended dosage is between 1/4-1/3 of a dropper at a time. Each dropper contains a total volume of 2 mL of tincture. Drink plenty of water.
