How can I place an order?

Do I need ID to order? 

Yes, we only serve those 19+. If you are a first time customer we ask you send a copy of your ID for age and address verification as we will only deliver to your home address. You can submit your photo ID upon registering or you can send it directly to our reception line at 416-219-5980.

I’m not comfortable sending my ID, can I still order? 

ID is required for all delivery orders, you are more than welcome to black out sensitive information. 

What is your minimum order? 

Our minimum is $80 plus applicable delivery/shipping fees depending on your location.

How much is the delivery fee? 

We offer same day delivery in the following areas:

  • Richmond Hill, Aurora ($10 or free over $100)
  • Newmarket, Stouffville, Markham, Thornhill ($10 or free over $150)
  • Nobleton, Thornhill, Kleinburg, Vaughan ($15 or free over $150)
  • East Gwillimbury, Bradford, Bolton ($20 or free over $200)
  • North York, Missisauga, Toronto ($15 or free over $200)
  • Brampton, Oakville ($15 or free over $200 – Mail Order)

When will my order be delivered?

We will aim to have your order delivered within 2 hours of being placed. For orders located in North York, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, Stouffville, Markham, East Gwillimbury, Bradford, Bolton, Brampton, Toronto delivery may take up to 3 hours. We do always do our best to deliver as quick as possible and the delivery driver will provide you with an ETA once they are on route to you.

Mail Orders

We offer Canada Wide mail order for a flat fee of $15 or free over $150. Payment will be made via e transfer. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday before 4pm EST. All orders are shipped Xpresspost within 1-2 days from receipt of payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

For same-day delivery orders we accept cash or e-transfer payment, for mail orders we only accept e-transfer prior to shipping. 

I haven’t received my shipped order, what can I do? 

Once your order is shipped we receive the same information you do from Canada Post, we are unable to control any delays that the courier may be experiencing. If your order is lost you will need to file a claim with Canada Post and let us know, so we can do the same. 

Do you have any discounts available? 

Click on “Our Specials” at the top of our home page to view all discounted products.

My Item is defective, what can I do? 

If you’re within our local delivery area we’d be happy to send you out a replacement when we have a driver in that direction. Please note this may not be within our 2 hour delivery window. 

If your order was shipped, due to shipping costs we will credit your account the cost of the item for you to use on any item on your next order or we can send the item Xpresspost to you with the understanding that the $15 shipping fee is to be paid by you before the item is shipped.
